Design-Build Accountability

Rooted in the Lehigh Valley
Locally owned and operated, with a reputation built project by project across Northampton and Lehigh Counties.
our project scale
Built for custom homes and additions at every scale
Not every builder is set up to handle a large-scale custom home or a full-property addition. It takes dedicated project management, established trade relationships, and a team that’s done it before at this level. We work with homeowners planning significant investments in their properties and structure every project around the kind of accountability that scale requires.
design-build integration
One team from concept to completion
Hiring a separate architect and a separate builder means hiring two teams who have never worked together before, then hoping they communicate well enough to keep your project on track. As a true design-build firm, our design team and construction team are the same people, working from the same plan, held to the same standard from your first sketch through your final walkthrough.
our track record
Decades of craftsmanship in Northampton and Lehigh Counties
We’ve built and renovated homes throughout Northampton and Lehigh Counties for years, and a large share of our new projects come from referrals, past clients recommending us to friends and family. That kind of repeat trust doesn’t come from marketing. It comes from consistently finishing projects the way we said we would.
our credentials
Licensed, insured, and association-backed
We hold active licensing under NJ054657, NJ13VH07150000, and PA040260, and maintain membership with the NAHB, PA Builders Association, Association of Professional Builders, and Lehigh Valley Builders Association. These credentials aren’t just paperwork. They reflect an ongoing commitment to building standards that go beyond the minimum required by code.
Thank you so much for a wonderful job! Your excellent workmanship and professionalism through the entire process was greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with you and your team in the future.
